How does it work?
A superolateral pedicle of the patient's own breast tissue is rotated and fixed as an internal support, giving lasting upper-pole fullness and lift. Because no synthetic material is used, the breast keeps natural softness, movement and sensation.
Who is it for?
Women seeking a lift without implants, patients who prefer no foreign body, revision patients, and those who want a durable natural result.
Scars and longevity
Incisions are placed within the natural breast contours. The internal support is designed to maintain shape and position for years, more durably than a skin-only lift.
Frequently asked questions
What is an internal bra breast lift?
It is a breast lift where internal tissue or material supports the breast from within. In the Twirl Internal Bra™ the support is made only from the patient's own tissue.
Is mesh used?
No. The Twirl Internal Bra™ uses no mesh, no implants and no foreign materials.
Can it be combined with augmentation?
Yes, if volume is needed it can be planned with fat grafting or an implant at consultation.
