Kuwait Plast 2026: Motiva ALGO and K-Glide

On 23–24 October 2026, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Veli Karaaltın joined the international faculty of the Kuwait Plast Conference 2026 — East vs. West in Aesthetic Surgery & Medicine at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Kuwait. His contribution as a speaker was recognised with a Certificate of Appreciation signed by Conference Chairperson Dr. Mohammad Khalaf. Around 100 attendees took part in the conference.

Motiva ALGO: The Implant Selector

The first talk presented Motiva ALGO, an AI app that supports breast implant selection. Digital planning tools can make the conversation between surgeon and patient clearer, showing how different implant options relate to a patient's measurements. The final decision always remains a clinical one, made together in consultation.

Not MIA, Not Preserve: K-Glide

The second talk explained why Prof. Karaaltın's approach to breast augmentation is neither MIA nor Preserve, but K-Glide, his own technique.

East meets West

The conference brought together surgeons from different schools of aesthetic surgery to compare techniques and outcomes. Sharing experience across these traditions helps the whole field improve patient safety and results.
