The technique your anatomy needs
A periareolar lift for mild descent, a vertical lift, or a full lift with an internal bra each need different theatre time and different levels of internal reconstruction — so each is priced differently.
Time in theatre and length of anaesthesia
Theatre and anaesthesia are charged by time. A single-stage operation costs less than a combined plan that treats several areas in one session.
Combined procedures
Combining procedures in one anaesthetic is usually less expensive in total than travelling twice, and it shortens overall recovery.
Hospital grade and length of stay

Revision or secondary surgery

Most mastopexy techniques rely on skin to hold the new shape, which is why breasts often drop again within a few years. How long do I need to stay in Istanbul for a breast lift?

Can a lift be combined with implants or fat transfer?
Yes. A lift with implants or with fat grafting is planned in one anaesthetic where it is safe to do so, which costs less overall than two separate trips.
Why is surgery in Istanbul less expensive than in the UK or US?
The difference is the cost base — staff salaries, hospital overheads and insurance premiums in Turkey are far lower than in London or New York. It is not a difference in implant brands, hospital accreditation or the surgeon's training, all of which are international standard here.
How do I get an actual price for my case?
