Dr. KARAALTIN and his scientific team performed an experimental trial on several liposuction hardware technologies to reveal the optimal combination of instruments in “Body Contouring Surgery”

Advanced Safe BBL™ vs. Excess Skin
Even though it is called a Brazilian butt lift, the BBL will not address sagging skin. Our medical may recommend that you have a traditional butt lift to excise the hanging skin from your buttocks before a Brazilian butt lift or the opposite to minimize the scar. If you would intend to transfer fat into your drooping skin, it would not look curvaceous, smooth, or taut as you would expect. Once the skin has lost its elasticity from aging, weight fluctuations, hormonal changes, or genetics, it will not hold its shape the same way as it did when you were young or before weight loss and gain. With liposuction and fat transfer from your own body, a butt lift can give you an overall better aesthetic result. This can be discussed in detail during your initial consultation with our medical staff.
Advanced Safe BBL™ or Buttock Implant?
This controversy can be addressed through consultation and assessment to determine the most suitable procedures for your needs. According to Dr. Karaaltın's opinion and recent studies, combining these procedures is extremely dangerous. Therefore, any lifting procedure or buttock implant performed in conjunction with a Brazilian Butt Lift (also known as the Supercharge procedure) should be divided into two or more sessions. The fat injection procedure should not be combined with other procedures, as such combinations can put the major vessels in the buttock area at risk and increase the likelihood of fat embolism.
WHAT IS THE MACRO/MICRO FAT CELL ENRICHED GRAFTING PROCEDURE?
This is a unique procedure invented by Dr. KARAALTIN from Istanbul. The procedure aims to treat patients suffering extreme irregularities from their previous BBL or liposuction procedure. Extreme irregularities can happen after an unfortunate postoperative infection or a resistive seroma or even after an unexpected fibrosis under the skin. All these can lead to contour deformities around the body. The procedure utilizes the Stem Cell technology with precise cutting-edge hardware for fat grafting procedures. The hostile areas are treated with a multilayer introduction of large volume of fat tissue (Macro Fat) as well as micro-bead fat boluses (Micro-Fat) enriched with a stem cell solution to treat the fibrosis and affected skin.
